Planning Blox is proud to announce that the Planning Blox Legal Project Management Platform has achieved International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001.2013 certification of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) category.
Since the company’s inception, Planning Blox has prioritized security and data protection across all development and operational processes. Our efforts to utilize industry best practices for developing, securing, operating and supporting Planning Blox products were validated by one of the industry’s most well-known standards boards. To gain certification, Planning Blox demonstrated that it implements, maintains and continually improves its product offering for information security management systems as it pertains to customer data and customer privacy.
The scope of the ISO 27001 certification includes the Planning Blox platform as well as all company operations. ISO 27001 is the only auditable international standard that defines the requirements of a robust ISMS.
The achievement of ISO 27001 certification comes as Planning Blox continues to roll out additional product features and modules, such as our intuitive drag-and-drop user interface for matter and portfolio alert configurations, plus new methods to mine historical matters as the basis for new budgets and plans.
